The printing service has returned to normal. We will continue monitoring throughout the day. At this point functionality performs as expected.

Update

We are observing errors in our monitoring tools which lead us to believe that some (not all) printing of documents (like Job pallet tags for ex.) times out, resulting in a 500 error. The problem is intermittent and does not affect all customers, definitely not all the time.

Our Infrastructure team is investigating reports of an incident from our automated monitoring systems. We will update you when we have more information.
